Anthony Braggs Jr. enters his second season as an assistant coach with the South Puget Sound Community College men’s basketball program in 2025–26. A former standout forward for the Clippers, Braggs brings championship experience and a deep understanding of the program’s culture and standards.
Braggs played two seasons at SPSCC (2018–20), helping lead the Clippers to one of the most successful stretches in program history. The 2018–19 team captured the NWAC West Region Championship, finishing 25–5 overall and 12–2 in league play. Over his two seasons, the Clippers posted a combined record of 48–11 and made back-to-back NWAC Tournament appearances. As a sophomore, Braggs averaged 14.6 points and 9.9 rebounds per game, earning recognition as one of the top forwards in the conference.
Following his time at SPSCC, Braggs continued his playing career at Montana State University–Northern, where he competed for two seasons at the NAIA level.
In his first season on the SPSCC coaching staff, Braggs helped guide the Clippers to a 25–7 record, capture the NWAC West Region Championship, and reach the program’s first-ever Final Four.
